We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Group eRetail & FSA Business Analyst

Location: Any CCHBC Country (Remote)
Job Type: Full-time

Your New Key Responsibilities

  • You will analyze customers sell- in & sell-out on SKU level where available, report on country/ customer/ sub-channel level/ as well as on category and brand level (vs LY, vs BP)
  • You will be responsible for eRED (online Right Execution Daily) reporting and proposing quick wins to close gaps
  • You will connect sell out & eRED performance to measure impact on our revenue growth
  • You will work closely with The Coca-Cola Company to consolidate & evaluate all data available and connecting these with Coca-Cola HBC reports (e.g. online markets shares, shoppers and market data, trends)
  • You will evaluate promo and marketing initiatives, based on inputs from BUs and you will propose best practices to scale up everywhere
  • You will collect all the available data from eCustomers and make them actionable
  • You will analyze shopper segmentation, demographics, shopping and consumptions trends => based on data from Customer’s insights workshops
  • You will be defining what are the unique eCustomer needs/requirements, based on data available
  • You will be evaluating Consumer, Customer, Brand and trends
  • You will actively engage with all strategic digital projects, aiming to support and accelerate progress via analytics
  • You will monitor and report on competition insights
  • You will work in sync with Data Insights and Analytics team to leverage all offline market and shopper information
  • You will be owner of Power BI tools, checking all data are uploaded and reports working properly
